📘 Paper 1 – Functional Writing, Cloze Test & Oral Skills (60 Marks)

Functional Writing (20 marks):

• Notice (10 marks): As secretary of the Wildlife Club, write a notice for the second meeting to plan for World Environmental Day

• Agenda (10 marks): Write the agenda to attach to the notice

Comprehension (20 marks):

  • Irony lies in how much time he spends on the subject

  • Most of the novel revolves around Ono trying to ascertain his reputation

  • His insistence makes it harder to understand his social standing

  • Leads to paranoia and obsession
